Job Description

Working with our networking and compliance teams, the Project Manager Role will be critical to bridge gaps between teams. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, execution, and process improvement identification for our network infrastructure or service projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, mitigate risks, and produce technical documentation. Common duties include risk assessment, budgeting, and assisting with installs. Candidates should have a strong understanding of network infrastructure devices like routers, switches, access points, firewalls. Organization will be key to ensure clear documentation for customer requirements while leading the customers desired operational outcomes to material solutions.

 

Typical Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or business preferred.
  • Experience: 3–7 years of experience in telecommunications infrastructure, network deployment, or related fields.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with network components, VoIP, wireless systems, or fiber optics.
  • Methodologies: Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP).
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

 

Work Environment

  • The role often involves a mix of office-based work and travel to project sites (up to 50%).
  • Occasional on call or weekend work may be required.
